The terms and conditions listed below apply to your use and viewing of this website. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

We do our best to complete all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving proof approval. However, during very busy periods please allow longer. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are made especially for you.

We send all parcels out by first class mail within UK or airmail outside the UK. Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of first class letter by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. Please choose Special Delivery for guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK only.

Delivery for the rest of world are as follows:
Western Europe – 3 days
Outside Europe – 5 days

If the parcel is lost – within UK Royal Mail ask us to wait 2 weeks before declaring a parcel lost, rest of the world 4 weeks. However if you need your order more urgently than that then let us know and we will do it again for you.

Ordering online through Art Vine Trading Limited is safe and secure through WorldPay. You can pay by cheque or postal order but only in British Pounds Sterling.

Once you have ordered the products online. You will receive an order confirmation and another one when the goods are despatched through email.

If personalised options (i.e. for announcement cards / moving house) these will be sent to you as a proof as a pdf so that you can check and approve the artwork – you must email your approval before they are produced.

At The Art Vine we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include the return slip with your return, wrap the package securely and post it at your expense to Customer Services, Art Vine Trading Limited, The Birches, 30 Gally Hill Road, Church Crookham, Fleet, Hampshire GU52 6PU UK. We strongly recommend that you contain a free proof of posting from your Post Office. Should the goods be damaged or faulty please contact us on 01252 819354 or email us info@theartvine.co.uk. If the goods are faulty we will refund you in full or send you a replacement, personalised items cannot be returned as these have been personalised for you – this does not apply if faulty.

Some designs may change slightly in colour or design as the nature of handmade products, so slight changes may occur. This will not affect the quality of the product.

The intellectual property may not be copied, transmitted published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected or altered in any way without written the written permission of Lisa Clunie or Art Vine Trading Limited.

None of the images used are within the Public Domain. Use of any images used as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright and will be dealt with as such.
